		<description>I think it&#039;s weird that the laws are different in every state regarding lawsuits against companies for asbestos exposure. I heard in Indiana the laws will be making it much harder to win a cases against a company. I don&#039;t understand why it should be hard to win your case if the company is in the fault and didn&#039;t tell employees they were being exposed. I live in Illinois and I don&#039;t even know what the law is here for asbestos cases. I would assume a Mesothelioma Chicago attorney would have to overcome similar obstacles as Indiana state laws. There are many cases in Illinois, especially Chicago because of the factories located here.</description>
