Glenn, first of all it's really sad to hear about your asbestos exposure. I would say check with company again, asbestos exposure not always results in mesothelioma or lung infections, but prolonged exposure to asbestos can have disastrous effects.

I was exposed to friable asbestos in January of 2010. The company was in the waste industry. The company did not follow company procedure in getting me medical attention still to this day. I was denied to be seen by a workmans comp doctor. I have documentation on company files of exposure date, but my requests for the incident report from my supervisor and me have been denied. What should I do?
